MIR COINCIDENCE?

I like this that I saw online.

"Space Adventure" by New Ray.

I have a feeling that this is the Soviet Mir space station but I'm unsure. The two little bulb-headed vessels look like the Soyuz I've just made.

Has anyone got anything like this?

INTRODUCING CH'OD

Ch'od is another Toy Biz X-Men action figure from 1994 I was aware of but never saw anywhere on my travels through the mutant world. It had double-arm hurling action as well!

In the Marvel X-Men universe, the saurid green giant Ch'od has superhuman strength, endurance, superb marksman, swordsman, and hand-to-hand combatant. He is an ace pilot. Ch’od has a little intelligent furry alien pet Cr’reee, from the planet Lupus.

There is something about Ch'od, which hints at a design concept stretching right back to my old mucker Colossus Rex from Mel Birnkrant's magnificent Colourforms Outer Space Men toy line and maybe the other reptilians possibly all inspired by one Frank Frazetta, covered in a previous post in 2017 http://projectswordtoys.blogspot.com/2017/09/bloggiversary-party-spesh-frank.html

MY HOME-MADE SPACEX RESCUE 6 TOY

Another SpaceX toy I haven't got, the Rescue 6, but I managed to bash one together from the junk box

A bit rough round the edges,

The main body is a deodorant roller.

The purple pin head is covering an unneeded hole!

The engine cover is a tube painted silver with biro exhausts stuck on.

The clockwork is pinched from my Grandson's discarded crocodile!

The cockpit is a small lightbulb, alas not working.

The rear-end is an assortment of plastic lugs. The blue box is a lego part.

The clockwork drive gives it a sort of wobbly moon motion!
