That's disgusting!! Firstly making kid's give up toys that could be loved by another child, then secondly selling back to kindergartens for an extortionate price!!- Mark J
I'm not against business, I'm self employed myself, but whenever public services get outsourced that's when you get price hikes, IKEA could provide children's furniture at an nth of the price qouted in the video also made from recycled materials too! Business is not wrong, it's the bonuses that company directors hand themselves as a result of government contracts that come directly from taxpayers pockets is what I have a problem with!! Sorry for the rant! And it's not directed at Ranalcus, we're all here to talk about our love of tiny bits of plastic made 40 years ago and we all agree on that! Am I right??- Mark J
Its a strange thing for us collector seeing old toys getting recycled I agree MJ. Almost harrowing as we know how difficult it was to hang on to our toys and how hard it is to come across them now without paying a small fortune. I imagine recycling will become even more important in the future especially with the problem of micro plastics from new stuff. I dread to think what will go into the recycling bins!
Oh no! What a bleak vision of the future that film is MJ! Everyone's a biscuit! An excellent watch though,]. Charlton Heston was the go-to lead guy for Sci Fi back then wasn't he!
That's the trouble with forced recycling, nobody is giving thought as to what the archaeologists of the future are meant to be digging up!
ReplyDeleteVery true Kev. They should let us look first!
