Hi Woodsy,
I'm [reader] Electricwave. I send you a picture of space toys. They are my father's toys. He's 75. Do you know something about them? I'm from Italy so I suppose that they are Italian? Free to post the pic, I have better if you want... your blog is great!
EW
Can anyone help EW? Woodsy
WOODSY POSTSCRIPT:
The lower right pink craft sort of reminds me of the LP motorbike robot pictured here in rubber. The LP one must be a lot later. The little Italian toys strike me as almost Victorian, very Jules Verne, like ships and people from something like Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea. Any other ideas readers?

PS2:
Picking up on Andy's ideas, here are some pics of Jules Verne vehicles and outfits. What do you think? Are the miniatures based on these and similar?
hi Woodsy, thanks for the help !! EW
ReplyDeleteThe same thought re. Jules Verne struck me, Woodsy. The top left could be from Robur the Conqueror, the top right might be from the sequel Master of the World (I think that's the title), with a diving suit from 20,000 leagues under the sea?
ReplyDeleteCheers Andy. I think you may be onto something. I'm sure Electricwave is following what you reckon with interest.
ReplyDeletehi andy and woodsy... i'll search for them...thanx ew
