That carded Spacex2 Lunar Orbiter that I got recently was part of a batch of stuff that was, largely, wrecked junk.
There were a small number of things worth keeping, one was this Dinky Klingon Battle Cruiser. It needed a bit of repair, but it's a nice enough toy.

Not bad at all, Kev
ReplyDeleteThanks, yep, it was virtually a freebie so I can't complain!
Deletewow - wish i'd seen that lot Kev. Ive been looking for one of those for a while, but they all seem to command a steep price, being so recognisable. Bill
ReplyDeleteI was very surprised, especially as everything else was battered and the Lunar Orbiter was carded.
DeleteLovely shots and toy Kev. I really like the metallic blue. It reminds me of the Zero X. I saw one of the Dinky Klingons recently at a boot sale but the rear engines were missing.
ReplyDeleteThanks. I do like it in the blue. One engine had broken off mine, but it was still there!
ReplyDeleteWere the firing discs the same ones that were in the Dinky Enterprise Kev?
ReplyDeleteThink so. Mine has a yellow one that it fires but I've seen black ones and white ones.
ReplyDeleteet those discs got lost straight away! Under the fridge and the washing machine!
ReplyDeleteOh yes. I remember losing my Shado interceptor missile down a grid as a child and doggedly working on it till I got it back!
ReplyDeleteThere's Klingons off the starboard bow...
ReplyDeleteA nice design
