Nice work! The graphic effects for the stonework is a nice touch. Card always has a very flat feel, although with enough effort, it can be textured. I recently repaired a dolls house with card block work and hit each with a rubber hammer against concrete to get a pitted texture! I'm currently working with cardboard on a village of tiny buildings. Card has a different quality to the plastics I usually use, but given some of the card I'm using is 40 years old, I've re-evaluated it as a permanent material!
That looks like a fun project. What sort of paper is used to cover the castle and the ground ?
