Could be Woodsy, but I also see elements from SHADO's Sky 1 in there as well :)
The Rockwell/DASA X-31 is a real aircraft, and is part of the American X-plane series. It first flew on 11th October 1990. Being a research aircraft, it was not armed, so the weapons carried by this toy are fictitious.
