Joe K, a reader in the United States, has emailed to say that he has found a huge old warehouse box of hitherto unknown Nuclear Ferry Starships by Tarheel, in a field in Starboro near his home. There were fifty Ferries inside, although the box indicated one hundred items. The loss of fifty units is most likely the result of nuclear half-life suggests Mr. K, a lecturer in atomic decay in plastics.
The finder, Mr. Joe Kerr, has kindly sent in these pictures of both the old warehouse box and the Tarheel box art. I am sure that you will agree with me readers that they are simply unbelievable!
Hummm...Mr Joke Err should stick to counting atoms on this of all days!
ReplyDeleteFerry good mr Woods!
ReplyDeleteJoe Kerr leaves counting atoms to his girlfriend Hugh, Molly Kewel. He's now busy searching for chocolate fireguards with his mate Minton Boxed. ha ha!
ReplyDeleteWow, fifty ferries? I'll want one of those.
ReplyDeleteNow where's my box of funny money?
Best -- Paul
Simply unbelievable, as you said, but alluring all the same! What a sweet realm of make-believe you've created Woodsy
ReplyDeleteha ha! Mr. Kerr has said he's prepared to trade for a Hoover Moon Base Set or a Tai Hing Salvage Craft! Failing that, a left handed hammer would do!
