I recently found this 1970's Xmas record in a charity shop. Its colour cover features loads of toys!
Top of the prezzy pile is this fabulous boxed Action Man Scorpion Tank by Pedigree. Did you get one of these readers?
There's a boxed toy in pink wrapping paper which I don't recognise. Do you?
Similarly I don't know what the above toy wrapped in stripey paper is. Anyone?
I know this - Knock'em Sock'em Robots! What else!
But the mysteries continue around the Tank. Can't identify anything else in the picture.
Has anyone else got any toy filled LP covers like this?
Woodsy please do not overlook the Goold Old Golly!
ReplyDeleteCan't help you with any other toys I'm afraid, but it's good seeing that Scorpion boxed and all (by Palitoy, not Pedigree, sorry!). I very much remember getting one of those tanks at Hamley's in Regent Street, and proudly having the huge box sitting on my lap on the entire flight from Heathrow to Schiphol. It didn't fit the stowage bins, and I wasn't letting go of it anyway!

Green parcel looks like Mr Potato Head, pink could be a Sindy variant
