This is the Vivid Jet Air Car I picked up at the recent Dinky Fair at Southport.
I never picked one up when they originally came out at the time but I have to say it's a pretty good representation.
It's a similar size to the Dinky version, however with regards to features it doesn't have that illuminated engine . But where the Vivid version scores over the Dinky one is the much more accurate pop out wings.
As well as that the front wheels fold underneath and the rear wheels flip up.
I have to say it's a WINner!
It sure is mike - class diorama!
ReplyDeleteI am very impressed with your photography, I would love to be able to achieve results like that. How did you do the flying shot?
ReplyDeleteThanks guys.
ReplyDeleteI've actually made the diorama for some photos featuring the Taito Thunderbird 2 for tomorrow 's post but I thought it would work for the Jet Air Car as well. The flying shot is achieved simply by suspending the toy on some fishing wire .
Your such a tease michael
ReplyDeleteI bet you can't wait!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Scoop! When's your first movie coming out?!
ReplyDeleteHa, ha! I'd love to do a movie, Woodsy - I think I'd need bigger sets though!
ReplyDeleteGreat toy Scoop but I'm still lookin' for that fishin' wire!!
ReplyDeleteHa, ha! Trust me Ed, it's there. : )
