I'm From South America and here the chinese toy planes come regularly. I collected the F-104 but in another mark and smaller, and the tail wings were made side by side of the engine so I believed that the model was an F-5, but was an F-104. I love to collect planes.
Heelo from Soth America. Why don't you send me a picture of your collection and a description and I'll post it for you on the blog. Woodsy. Send to moonzero@moonzero.freeserve.co.uk
These are awesome...believe there is a good amount of older PROCESSED PLASTICS TOYS available here in CANADA....VERY CHEAP TO buy and sell here back in the day..THE site here is INCREDIBLE !THANK YOU JASON Western Canada
Yep Zomb, they are lovely toys. If you have any in your collection why not send me a picture for the blog? My email is at the very bottom of this page under 'submit an article'. Cheers Woodsy
Woodsy, I used to have a yellow sr-71, and back in the mid sixties, I had a silver kc-135, and my cousin had a red b-52. I've searched to find these on Pinterest and eBay, but so far, no luck.
They sound great planes Rando. Specific numbered planes are easy to search for but hard to find! My friend ED has a wonderful Tim Mee Processed Plastics Hercules on his blog but its not either of the numbers youre after. Worth a look. His photography is superb. http://toyconnect.blogspot.co.uk/2012/01/processed-plastic-co-tim-mee-toy-62750.html
Blackbird, F-101, and B-58.
ReplyDeleteSorry, for F-101 read F-104
