This would be 'Starlog's Guide To Science Fiction Toys and Models' would it not Woodsy? and this was written by Steve Sansweet who went on to become know as the owner of the world's largest private Star Wars collection and the author of more than a few classic books on Star Wars collecting many of which I have along with my copy of the Starlog book. They also did a whole series of SF guidebooks in the same format.
You got it SSteve! Well done! I remember getting the '84 Starlog Sci Fi Modelling Guide years ago at a toy fair and was amazed to see the Apollo. D'ya reckon that was it for 80's SWORD?
