This time of year I like to do what we call Pepper and Eggs.Since we have an abundance of sweet peppers from Summer crops,alot of them wind up being roasted on a flame grill and put in jars with olive oil.Put some of these peppers in your scrambled eggs and melt some Provolone cheese on top.Put the whole thing on a fresh Italian roll and...Mangia!

Yep, a full English is a thing of beauty, up there with a Chicken dinner. I also loved a Big Breakfast at McDonalds but for some reason they've scrapped them!
