    I wondered if it might be one of my my Missus' favourite Dino artists, Zedenic Burian. But no.
    Maybe Charles Knight? No again,
    I used Google Lens and it suggested Tony Morris. Interestingly my search of his work from the 70's didn't match this exact piece, but did show at least one Gothic damsel in distress
