I saw this unusual wobbly construction online.
Could be a plastic space station.

Bill's comment reminded me that in 2011 we featured this Soviet space construction set. Could it be the same?

I have no idea Woodsy. What I do know is that having a peek on eBay they are trying to sell a Johnny Seven OMA for around £250+. Have you got one spare?
ReplyDeleteNo, just my own Khus and it was more than that 25 years ago! Ta anyway.
DeleteGiven that it appears to have antlers, could it be Moosebase Alpha ?
ReplyDeleteHa ha!
DeleteReally, I have no idea, but to me it looks as though it has been put together from some sort of construction toy ?
ReplyDeleteI agree Paul
DeleteIts an old Soviet space station set - it builds sort of Mir and Soyuz type models. Very rare and hard to find. On the odd occasions it pops up on ebay, its expensive. Bill
ReplyDeleteI remember that!
DeleteThe lower section also appears as part of the Astro Launch Fighter set, which is a large triangular spaceship with three bobbing fighters on domes on the top. These modules can be attached to the centre and rotate as the model moves. Bill
ReplyDeleteWho's that set by?
DeleteCould it not be Matchbox Linkits?
ReplyDeletenope. Linkits are absolute pants. Bill
