Arto has been kind enough to share pictures of his recent and amazing haul of vintage goodies at the Juthbacka vintage fair on the western coast of Finland. The Juthbacka fair attracts sellers from Sweden too.
A super post to end the summer, Feast your eyes!

Aurora long box monster kits and Mego monsters, Super Heroes, Star Trek/ Space 1999
Assorted Super Heroes: Batcopter, Secret Wars, Super Powers and an Italian Diabolik figure, a candy box top!
A great haul. Well done. I am sure you are very happy in your castle, with all those monsters.
ReplyDeleteThanks Paul. The more the merrier!
DeleteMy eyes went to The Mego Dracula and Frankenstein's Monster. Also, The Stratostation.I have all 3, they all were childhood Christmas/ Birthday presents.Mego figures and Micronauts are known to age poorly, but everything you have there looks to be very good condition..Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteThanks Brian, most of the stuff is new old stock.
DeleteI had the Aurora Frankenstein, and the Mego Star Trek figures. In fact I had most if not all of that Trek line. I know I agonized for years before I finally opened the packages to set up displays. ;-)
ReplyDeleteBelieve it or not Baron, these are my first Aurora Monsters. Monster invasion at Helsinki Base!
ReplyDeleteA wonderful haul indeed, especially as I know what the missing item is too! The Micronauts items are my favourite, having been a collector of them since 1978. The packaging of the Time Traveller is one of my favourite pieces of art, so wonderfully minimal compared to the japanese releases. Bill
ReplyDeleteThanks Bill, it was you I thought about first when I spotted those Micronauts items.
ReplyDeleteFantastic new additions, Arto. You certainly have great taste. I especially like those Aurora long boxes.
ReplyDeleteThanks Tony, much appreciated. I was quite gobsmacked to find four in one go!
DeleteAll of those in one haul? Way to go Arto! I've never seen the Corgi Spiderman car and copter before, those are super!!!
ReplyDeleteOnly seen them in photos before myself, Ed. The Green Goblin had it coming!
ReplyDeleteThe Diabolik figure is great, I couldn't have imagined that there was merchandise for this film, is it original or repro?
ReplyDeleteThe film is bonkers
So I've only seen trailers, but there's 2 new modern Diabolik movies, anyone seen those,?
Oh Marky, the 1968 Diabolik movie was camp incarnate! Loved every minute of it!
ReplyDeleteThe Diabolik figure is actually a candy box top of the Italian Sperlarli
