Ed's Diorama: Hannah-Barbera's Flintstones Joy Ride
Woodsy,
This is one of the very first small dioramas I built w-a-y back when. These were the only photos that survived some unfortunate computer issues a long time ago.
I love this little diorama Ed! the bridge, the hut, the palm, so cool! Its always fascinating to dig up pics we took of our efforts decades ago, especially of those snaps are now lost. Thanks for sharing. More Edvision!
Vielen Dank Woodsy! :-) This was a fun one to do and it turned out great. It also doesn't take up a lot of shelf space. I'll have to send you photos of my Pfalz im Rhein bei Kaub diorama one day.
What a beautiful diorama! The background is excellent, right in keeping with the subjects up front. It almost looks like a movie set from a Rankin/Bass Holiday Special! SFZ
Nice work! The computer black hole is something we all live with. All my work from the turn of the century (when I was transitioning from photo to digital, with all the different formats) including my work on Red Planet is now lost.

DeleteCute diorama Ed.
ReplyDeleteNice 'in style' painted backdrop.
I like it.
Thanx Mish! The backdrop was easier to do than I first envisioned, and I think it turned well.

ReplyDeleteThank yo so much! It took a bit of research to get that cartoon 'Stone Age' look down but I think it went well.
DeleteAnother great diorama/photo set up. Everything looks exactly right for the world of The Flintstones.
ReplyDeleteThanx Paul! I really need to break out my Flintstones playsets and photograph them AND maybe do another diorama??
