A New Dimension: Space Lines

Reminded me of that plastic 3D game Space Lines, which we had when I was a kid and is so iconic of the Sixties.

Airfix in the Dales

 Whilst holidaying on the Yorkshire Dales this weekend I invested in this boxed Airfix German Half Track from 1975. 

Is it a kit you know?

There's lots there with parts still on bags.

The main body has been built. 

The box contained lots of hard plastic soldiers including Rommel.

There were instructions and transfers too.

A nice find as was seeing the neat open rear Dales bus in lovely Reeth.

What a great looking vehicle. Have you open top buses where you are?

Mystery Carrier

 This is unusual. I saw it online and think it's a Japanese aircraft carrier of sorts.

There's lots going on, caves, domes, spaceships.

It's fabulous

But what is it?

This 1985 Earth Force Flight Team figure is all new to me. By Pace, this is Major Blaster Barton. He looks a lot like He-Man to me!

The Convair XFY Pogo in Brian's World

 Hello Paul,

My Convair XFY Pogo in 1/72 scale perversely landed on the roof of East Winchley Station when the RAF decided to test ths aircraft for British use.

In Brian's World it was decided that the P1127 Jump Jet would be more useful.
