In case you want a follow on to the jigsaw theme. This is a 1950s Dan Dare jigsaw, or rather a scan of the boxlid art. The scenes are adapted from the early Dan Dare strories. It was a jigsaw I inherited from my father (who liked jigsaws and comics), and remains one of the strongest images from my childhood - I have many happy memories of working on it.
And below, not as good an image as the above, but this Eagle jigsaw, also by Wadddingtons includes a Dan Dare scene.
