KEV'S SCRATCHBIULT BLAKES 7 STEREO

Hi,

Just completed a scratchbuild of the personal entertainment device seen in some episodes of Blake's 7.

Be fair, it was shot in 1977 (the original, not my replica!)

  2. No, someone less talented (but possibly not as old!).

  7. Yep, they were. They're easier to see through than they look too!

  9. Thank you, that's very kind. It is odd that I've no urge to make replicas of more modern props. The 1980s is about as far as I go!

  10. ha ha, its like and music Kev. 1989 is my limit [apart from the White Stripes and Grunge]. The stereo reminds me of a Walkman. Would the B7 team have ever seen one?

  11. Dunno, they might have done, it crops up in season 1, which was filmed in 1977. Not sure when the Walkman came out?

    1. I should have checked Kev! According to the web, The Walkman was developed by Japanese technology giant, Sony, in the late 1970s, and was launched in Japan in summer 1979, and the USA in 1980. So too late for Blakes.
