Seltzer Science! Using Chemicals Found in the Home!

This caught my eye, a Chemcraft Lionel Porter rocket from Hagerstown, lifting off using kitchen chemistry!

I never had anything like this. You?

  1. Never used this to launch a toy rocket, but did use it, at school, on a papier mache volcano landscape to make the volcano 'erupt' .
From a kid's perspective, its quite a spectacular thing.

  2. I had this exact toy as a kid!
I didn't remember the name or packaging.
It was much more handy for launches than the Merit water powered rockets made of transparent red and blue polycarbonate. They were a menace!
