Hello from Japan. I became interested in this toy, so I did a little research. It appears to be part of a toy of the vehicle called “Slipper” from the Japanese TV series UFO Daisensou: Tatakae! Red Tiger.
The Japanese text on the underside seems to include “Tokyo Channel 12” and “Takemi” (the toy manufacturer).
