Kev's Kool Moon Buggy and Novas

Kevin has kindly sent pics of his original SpaceX Moon Buggy ...

.... And scratchbuilt Nova (foreground) and two original SpaceX Nova rockets.

  1. Those photos are wonderful! Masterful mixing of different scale models in the pad shot (I saw what you did, but the average Joe probably wouldn't notice!) The expert use of perspective ties everything together.

-is that a Konami Joe 90 truck?

  2. Those are brilliant pics Kevin. I love the intricate setup and all the wonderful detail. And I'll second Lewis's compliment on the perspective trick. Excellent!

    1. Thanks. Yep, it's real now but I bet mine is the only one with the correct spelling!

    2. I remember reading a making of Space:1999 book. It mentioned a sign in the Art Department reading
      "Centre is spelt Center"

  4. Awesome! Is the radar blockhouse a 40k Warhammer piece or scratchbuilt?
