It's a spaceship from the 1978 Japanese TV anime 'Starzinger' that was dubbed into English for the US TV market as 'Spaceketeers'. The story is a space version of the classic 'Monkey' story (see the brilliant Japanese 1978 BBC TV dubbed series for that one!)

It is a cross between Supercar and any number of Japanese spaceships - very pretty! SFZ
