STARRAKER

This is the Starraker.

It looks a lot like an Eagle at the front to me.

Starraker first appeared in March 1980 in a Marvel Star Wars Weekly comic and was drawn by Carmine Infantino and Gene Day.

    I've got hundreds of copies of Star Wars weekly in the attic. They were reprints of the early Marvel Star Wars comics and mostly bloody awful. The covers bore absolutely no relevance to the story and the artwork was weak and slapdash. Still, at the time, that's all there was and I lapped it up for years! Bill
