I've got all the standard issue original figures and spent a fortune on trying to collect the nineties relaunch of Power of the Force, before the Phantom Menace was released and the floodgates were blown of their hinges, as Lucas made up for lost time with some of the heaviest marketing ever and any chance of completing a set of figures went out the window. I am reluctant to admit it but I think I have almost all of the original figures. I bought them before the prices got ridicules. Mostly loose as I preferred to display them that way.
Not really. At that time most of the figures were available at garage sales. The rare ones were available at comic book shops. I bought the original set of figures from Kevin Smith's comic book shops for a reasonable price.
A local Independent movie producer, actor, director. His movies included Clerk's, Jay and silent Bob strike back and Chasing Amy. A local celebrity. He had a small comic shop in Red Bank N.J.. He now has a larger shop Jay and silent Bob's secret stash that is quite popular. Known for stoner and super hero movies .
If course. I thought it was him. Isn't there a Jay and Bob do White Towers as well? Kevin S also directed the body horror TUSK, which I don't think I would watch. Cool that he has a comic shop.
