My new small plastic A-Team Van is from a Galoob rack toy set called the Dynamite Blaster. Here's an image I found on an old auction. It looks pneumatic.
It reminds me of another loose vehicle I found in 2020, a small plastic Thundercats Thundertank.
Its also from a rack toy, Power Booster, this time by Rainbow Toys, which looks to have a launcher and some plastic oil drums reminiscent of drums in another old toy which I just cannot think of.
