Picked this plastic figure up this week.
I thought is was a small GI Joe action figure but I can't figure it out. Can you ID this ninja style black-caped fella?
It looks a bit like one of the robotic chaps from the Matt Smith Doctor Who episode 'The Beast Below' and there was an action figure made. I'm not sure though.
