Here's the best image I could find online of that UFO rocket [which was on the Monty Gum card yesterday]. It is from the episode "Close Up" and it is a NASA rocket that launches the probe for SHADO.

Yes.
ReplyDeleteIt's a good episode with some good model work.
Once you get over the fact that the Alien's planet can't be in our solar system, but would have to be for it to transmit its info back to Earth, it's a clever ending with a lesson in not cutting corners.
One I will have to watch!
