BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND: BIRD IS THE WORD

Hello Woodsy

For interest, this is the basis of what I cooked.

Over the years I greatly increased the amount of preserve and mustard as the original is a Weight Watchers plan and I have a British sweet tooth. Also sweet potatoes are not as good as spuds! 

Have fun if anyone tries it.
