THE AA TOY BRAND LOGO

I see the AA toy brand logo a lot.

This neat space toy, Lunar Transport, has the brand on the box and it makes it clear its made in Greece.

the listing for this toy name the Greek toy outfit as Ananaides.

Do you have an AA toy?

  3. As a former Graphic Designer my immediate response is why did they use the logo from the shoulder patch of the US 82nd Airborne Troops?

  6. It reminds me of the Chariot from Lost in Space. Perhaps that is a source of the inspiration of this toy? Do we have any dates of manufacture?

Never mind, toy is dated 1960 while Lost in Space was 65-68.

Funny that the artwork shows the toy quite accurately but has the astronauts facing the opposite way from the toy!

    1. Superb Lance thanks. 1960. Wow that's early for a space toy like this. I'm pretty sure I've seen something like this toy from Japan. Thanks for ID'ing the AA make, ANANIADIS. I'll have a scout round for a Japanese toy like this.
