TV21 DIE-CAST TOY VEHICLES

There's an interesting round-up of many of the die-cast toy vehicles associated with Gerry Anderson's shows on Mike Pigott's die-cast blog. It includes modern vehicles as well as vintage.

What do you think?

Mike Pigott writes regularly for the British magazine Diecast Collector, often on film and TV related models. The other British diecast magazine is Model Collector. Both are published monthly, and well worth reading if you like diecasts. Disclaimer: I have written articles for Model Collector, so I think that is the best one.

    1. Very interesting Paul. Is Model Collector the printed magazine in Newsagents?

Both Model Collector and Diecast Collector are printed magazines, published monthly (actually Model Collector has 13 issues per year, the extra one is dated Xmas), so you may well have seen them in shops. They are also available in digital editions if anyone wants to read their copies online. Both mainly cover diecast, but also sometimes cover tinplate, plastic, and resin models. Mostly vehicles, but also aircraft, ships, some space/SF, and accessories such as toy garages. Both are a good read, but being a diecast collector I may be a little biased here.
