DISPLAY BEHAVIOUR

This is a cabinet of vintage toys I snapped  in the Lister Park Museum earlier in the year [at least i think it was List Park]

There's Pelham puppets, a Fisher Price record player and more.

I always enjoy seeing random displays like this in Museums.

Have you seen a decent vintage toy display?

It's almost as good as the Brighton and Bethnal Green museums!

    1. Wow! Lew! What a fab place! Beautiful displays! And the setting. I love that valley! I wonder if there's any Gerry Anderson stuff in the museum?

  2. Yes, Edinburgh toy museum- saw it earlier in the year. It had a most unusual Merit moonbase set, apparently early 1960s, I presume a moulded plastic job, which you could paint yourself, although I only saw the cover.

    1. That's fascinating about the Merit set Andy. I can't find it online but then again searching for moonbase just keeps bringing me back here!
