its not from any manga or anime, its just a lazy conglomeration of odd bits from various themes. The two grey guns are bastardised versions of Multimac, which in turn borrowed from Zoids. The rest of it looks to Power Rangers, roulette machines and Mad Max!
Its a chinese interpretation of a manga/anime babe, probably one of Masamune Shirows. Very few artists outside of Japan can get the manga look just right. Its the eyes.
I have this amazing piece i absolutely love it and also it's super loud and only downfall it takes lots of batteries but other then that is amazing I also have plenty of amazing toys like this if u wanna see more let me know and I'll share with all of u plus I will make a Instagram or Facebook page to show all my amazing knockoff Chinese collection
