Terranova47's Super Mousse Wrapper; A Birthday Treat

Hello Woodsy,

These are scans of Cadbury/Fry's Super Mousse wrappers. Just 2p when the Apollo Badge offer was running then up to 2 1/2p. 


These are from 1972 along with a scan of the five badges I collected. You had to have two matching wrappers to send for a badge.

    I recall Super Mousse distinctly, very like Milky Way. I can't honestly recall the badge offer though, but perhaps it was because I was so oversaturated with Apollo memorabilia, I just plain ignored them!

    Which leads me on to the next obvious point, space related sweets! Mars Bar, Milky Way, Galaxy, Astros, Moon Dust - Im assuming it was a concious decision by the parent company?
