DeleteQuite a wreck yet could be a challenge to see what sources "inspired" this disastor.
ReplyDeleteThe head of the driver is based on the black lion from Golion/Voltron (lionbot). The emblem on its chest is the shield that Golion/Voltron uses in combined mode.
The body and arms seem based on the RX-78-2 Gundam from the original Mobile Suit Gundam series.
No real idea on the actual sword and shield this thing carries though. That said, the sword reminds me of Side Man from Silverhawks but that is mainly due to the somewhat similar but not exact shape. Side Man was Bluegrass' guitar/hawk companion.
The rest has me dumbfunded. Grats on the unique find ;)
intriguing breakdown Lance. You so know your figures. I've added more sword and accessory detail from the auction site gallery in case it helps. So could a Voltron or Gundam collector be tempted do you think?
