Scratch Postman from Camberwick Green

Nearly finished now! The postman from Camberwick Green (I'd forgotten his name, which was Peter Hazel).

Only 1 mannequin left now thankfully!

    Thanks. I've done 4 now, Windy, the Trumpton Mayor, this one and a Pippin Fort soldier (which hasn't been posted yet). I've got one more in the works, which is nearly done!
