Anderson-style Toy Stalwart

Hi,

I picked this Alvis Stalwart friction toy up from an antique militaria stall whilst on holiday (chap who I bought it from was trying to persuade me to buy a real one!). My plan was to make it into an Anderson style background vehicle. This is what I came up with.

    That's a unique conversion of the Stalwart, Kevin. Possibly one of my fave pieces of your work so far. Both colour and design are visually striking. For my money you nailed the Anderson-style vehicle you were aiming for.

    It does look excellent Kev. It would have made a great toy, In fact it could have been or could be the first of series of C21 Thunderbirds utility vehicles! They released normal construction trucks like a dump truck so why didn't they release the creations from their own shows like the one you've created? Good job Kev.
