There were a number of typewriter faces available in the sixties, but judging by the way the text sits on the page and the slightly messy placement, id suggest it was actually put together with a typewriter, perhaps to look 'modern' at the time, remember the teleprinter in UFO?
Oddly, something like typewriter. Letraset did one called American Typewriter Gothic or similar, font foundries have specific sections just ffor that style
