KELLOGG'S ANDERSON BADGES (AND OTHERS)

I love the colourful artwork on these two adverts for the Kellogg's Sugar Smacks collectable  Captain Scarlet and Joe 90 badges.

And as an addendum here's the Star Trek badges Sugar Smacks Advert which was still very colourful.
I seem to remember at the time I had loads of Dr McCoy swaps but no Captain Kirk!

Out of interest here's another Kellogg's Star Trek tie- in. Not badges this time but Crater Critters!

Badges were certainly popular give - aways. Not Kellogg's this time but Lyon's Maid, which over the years had done a lot of exclusive give-aways relating to Gerry Anderson's shows.

This badge came with Lyon's Maid exclusive Fireball XL5 Ktmaster give-away.

Finally, for now the Suger Smacks Doctor Who badges.

  1. I had some of those as a kid. I also had the Star Trek, Star fleet badge that they did. I still have my school photo from about 1969 in which I'm wearing it. Managed to get one of those badges again.

  2. My god- completely forgotten about that badge that came with the Fireball kit! I had this and lost it, sadly, long ago.

  3. Aha, Kevin and Andy, it's funny how these simple little things evoke a few nostalgic memories. I meant to dig out my old Spectrum Shade badge which was a free mail away from TV21 (I've still got my Shades card too) but didn't get round to it.

  4. hmmm, I do not remember the badges at all. Joe 90 probably wouldn't have caught my attention if they were available Stateside but the Star Trek badges are cool
