AOSHIMA APOLLO LEM MODEL KIT: HIDDEN GEM


 
These Aoshima Apollo LEM model kits I've seen on Yahoo Japan hold a secret. They appear to include a colour poster or brochure which features Rollout, Bob McCall's iconic Saturn V painting. If you've been following the blog for some time you'll know it was the painting which was used as the box art for the Project SWORD Cape Kennedy Set in 1967.
 
 
Does anyone have this Aoshima brochure or a close-up picture?

    Score another for Action Woodsy with eagle eyes! Good luck getting hold of one of those kits, expect to see the devil on ice skates first.

    Well spotted Paul - Actually Bill, there are quite a few of these on Ebay right now - some under £20 - just search for "Aoshima Apollo" - can't say if it's the edition with the poster, but at least one seller is in the UK and might be able to answer questions.
