'From Hells' heart, I stab at thee'

The top ten sci-fi pics article reminded me of Wrath of Khan, a welcome relief after the schmaltze of Star Trek the Motion picture and probably where my interest in Star Trek ended. Ricardo Montalbans mulleted villain was continually spouting quotations from Moby Dick all the way through and I recall taking off to the library to find out where they were from! Kirk steps up to the post with Dickens at Spocks funeral in the Search for Spock too. oh and Wrath also had the supremely edible Kirsty Alley in it too!

Forbidden Planet was loosley based on Shakespeares Tempest, Roy Batty quotes Milton in Blade Runner and i'm sure there have been countless other films based on literature.

How many can you name ?

"to the last, I grapple with thee.."
