Kelloggs In Space

"Paul,
as promised, images of Kelloggs cereals free gifts:
1+2.Captain Scarlet models - afraid helicopter is missing a blade, and MSV image rather burnt out, sorry.
3.Space models: Rocket is probably Mercury or possible Gemini Version. Escape tower/spike at top lost.
4,Command module has 3 small figures inside!
5.Extra image of transporter provided, as it is most unusual.
[6.Space Station][Ed.]
Scale bar is approximate. Given in mid-late 60s, probably with Sugar Smacks/Cocoa Puffs and similar delicacies.
Best wishes,
Andy B"

Excellent Andy. These were great give-aways! I loved it how the gifts used to land in the cereals! Thanks for sharing. Anyone else got any spaceship preniums?

  1. The rocket is an Atlas, and the capsule was a Mercury one-man spacecraft - Gemini, the two-man ship, was launched on a Titan, and did not have an escape tower for aerodynamic reasons, using instead ejection seats there's a strong suspicion that they wouldn't have worked!

  3. I remember eating a lot of sugar smacks to get these!
They look ideally suited for 3D printing if someone knows how to get them modelled.
