Im back on the small scale trail again with a miniature mystery. A while ago, I bought a small bag of 'spacemen' which I took to be from the Megarig line, from the states. When they arrived, I was surprised to see they were of an unknown design. The photo on ebay was a little blurry and distant, so it was a pleasant surprise to find something completely new to me. The figures came in yellow and white with silver visors and are a kind of missing link between the Matchbox Megarig Astronauts and the Legions of Power figures. Made of soft vinyl like plastic, they have moveable limbs and are quite sturdy despite their small stature. Theres no makers mark present and I have yet to find anything similar.
Can anyone here help and put a name to the line ?

ReplyDeleteI can only suggest some kind of non-Lego space-based construction set, the Spanish firm of Tecno (? is that right?) Tenko? anyway - ...produced a white and yellow astronaut in two versions, but they were a little smaller than yours and with much smaller heads.
