Oh i know, first bit was ok, then it goes a bit american, I toyed with removing the dialogue but then the sound effects would go too, this was a late night effort that went from creating images to a full short in an hour in the small wee hours and I didn't want to wake my family with a dodgy overdub
I enjoyed it. Sorry, I liked it for what it was. I am an American Dan Dare fan. I've been keenly Dan Dare focused lately. A US computer Cad designer came up with a beautiful Dan Dare head and space helmet for 3d printing. Also, In browsing Ali Express, I found a Chinese Toy store in Shanghai selling liquidated Dan Dare Space Suits made in 2010 by Day2Day Trading before they went bankrupt. I bought them all. Combining the two, I plan to make over half a dozen Dan Dare 1/6 figures for resale shortly. In closing, Dan Dare's contribution to printed sci-fi in the 1950s-60s was quite significant. I just want to celebrate all scifi from that era.
Visuals look fine MJ, but the voices sounded American.
ReplyDeleteDan Dare is definitely British.
Your AI needs an accent upgrade.
