The Lone Star 007 Harpoon Toy: Recycled not Stirred

Recently Arto and I were discussing the James Bond Harpoon Gun toy by Lone Star.

Arto was lucky enough to pick up a beautiful box and half of the toy.

It's interesting to note, as Arto pointed out to me, that the toy pistol says Rocket Gun on it.

The constituents of the harpoon rang a bell and a little Lone Star research may have revealed the parts they recycled to create this simple but fantastic 007 toy to celebrate Thunderball.

 So, here goes.

Here's the complete harpoon.

The black barrel looks to be a reused  Sharp Shooter one.

The shoulder stick seems to be a reused of the very same in the glorious Man from Uncle rifle set.

The icing on the cake came when Arto tracked down the actual gun courtesy of Alphadrome, an old design Lone Star recycled many times. This is the original Rocket Gun albeit with a red body.

Only the long grey suction dart remains a mystery. An older bow and arrow part? An older rifle dart? Or perhaps Lone Star made it especially for the harpoon.

What do you think? Have we IDd the recycled parts would you say?
