That's nice, I wonder what the period is and how big it is. Maybe 150mm across?
Looks like the 1990's to me Looey.
I'm thinking Polly Pocket toy sized Looey. Hinstar were also called HIL. They released some great Mego-like Knights in boxes I've just seen online. Some Martial Artists too dated 2001. Eugene Toys maybe related to them.
