Nope, not a Aoshima Tiger Captain, not even close. That is the MARUI Ultra-Mobile, a small knock-off of the CS SPV with clockwork motor. I built one of these model kits, and Woodsy posted pix of it on Moonbase about three years ago, but nobody seemed terribly interested. I think its adorable myself, especially the giant windshield in front! SFZ
Without going all Google on ya, I'd suggest it was a Tiger Captain or similar look alike style...
