I have to say I love the design of this spaceship on the cover of Amazing Science Fiction March 1976.
I don't know who the artist is.
I really like the organic bat-like wings and there's hints of Vader's personal shuttle that would come along a year later. Maybe other things too?

DeletePersonally, I like my spaceships all Googly, with big fins and giant windows and blasting rockets and firing missiles, and of course in primary colors - never in white! SFZ

DeleteCheck out David Adair, he worked for Nasa and apparently S4 near Area51, he allegedly encountered an organic,intelligent spacecraft that communicated with him
