Boys! It's Airgam!

How cool is Airgam! I can see Frankenstein top right!

This old catalogue proves how neat a line Airgam Boys was. Is it still going?

  1. Hi Woodsy.

No, unfortunately, Airgam went out of business in the late 80s. I was one of their latest "customers", as a kid I played with some of their Airgam Comics sets and figures. That´s the superheroes subseries, very rare and expensive today. This catalogue you show is from the early 80s.

In the late 90s or the early 2000s, there was an attempt to bring back the toyline using the original molds, and some figures were released of three different themes: romans, cowboys and adventures. These had no success at all, the boxed figures have been for sale (and still are) for ridiculously low prices. If you search for them in sites like todocoleccion, the reisues are those sold in red boxes, where the dot of the "i" in the word "airgamboys" is a smiley.

    Cheers,
    Juan
