I had a couple of the sword letter openers and they look out of scale in AM/GIJ hands to me. The blade length is close but the handle/grip seems too thick for their hands but just right for our hands. They do look better in a 1/4 scale figure's hands though. I used colored toothpicks with a bit of tape on one end to form lightsabers for my Micronauts, 3 3/4" Joes and such.
